Go back to Chapter 1 and this time dash endlessly until you have six Blue Strawberries following you. When you stop, you should collect them all at once and the last one should result in a 1UP. You can exit the level after this is done. Restart the chapter if you collect too many, but ignore the winged strawberries. The video below shows the best path to take if you want to get the flying Strawberry. I found it easier to hold the whole time, cling to walls and plan my path before moving.

Cassettes are always obtainable in their own room after a gauntlet of Rhythm Blocks. The following page details how to obtain these Cassettes.
